Im trying to replace my daily take-away chicken salad sandwich (EAT usually) with a low fat/cal tuna salad (EAT or canteen@work) and it just doesn't seem filling enough.
Do I just carry on and get used to it? or choose a higher calorie salad?
Im probably at the top end (a couple of pounds over) a healthy BMI so looking to lose a stone - 1.5 stones.
