I'm new too and have no clue but it seems to be lots of meat, salad and veg. Had a Fab earlier and no idea how or if it fits in at all. I've always done weight watchers in the past where you could have what you wanted as long as you counted it. Not sure if stuff is limited on this diet or not or if you can eat as much as you like of the non carb stuff. Hopefully someone who knows more will be able to enlighten you.

I'm new here too, but I'm not new to low-carb dieting. I'll be posting my personal weekly menu on my blog soon. Mixing up meals works good for me to keep away cravings. For example, if I have a chocolate Atkins shake for breakfast one day, the next day I'll leave it for an afternoon snack or refreshing drink.

Sometimes I'll have my hot low-carb supper for lunch and then a cold salad for tea. Not letting yourself get bored on this diet is the best way forward if you're worried about failing. Although, even if you do over-eat you can always start again!

I've been low carbing for a couple of months now and my diet consists mainly of eggs, meat, fish, full fat Greek yoghurt, salad and vegetables. Anything containing sugar is bad (including fruit).

Milk only in moderation. I use milk in 2 cups of tea a day and put double cream in coffee (lower carb than milk).

Fat is important so eat chicken with the skin on, full fat mayo on salad, avocado and full fat yoghurt, not diet.

If I'm hungry between meals I snack on a handful of nuts. I'm not sure if these are allowed on BIWI's bootcamp though.

Definitely check out BIWI's threads...she is the low carb expert smile

Forgot to mention I also don't eat or drink anything containing artificial sweeteners...so no diet drinks or low fat yoghurts etc.

awww thank you for that. I have cut out any drinks other than water! and i am trying to drink at leased 5 pints a day. I am not struggling with chocolate at all, i am very surprised by this!!
i am really finding eggs are making me feel sick now tho, so i have got some sausages for breakfast now and bacon, mushrooms.
for dinner i am trying to stick to salad, tuna and mayo with some cheese.
and tea i have meat with as much veg as i can eat! lol
i am not eating in between meals either as i go away in 4 weeks and i really need to look nice in a bikini!!
are onions, yellow peppers, cucumber and celery ok?
i must admit i miss fruit!!

and it is lovely to meet you newbies too!! xx
