I'm a vegetarian doing the 5:2 diet - but without having read the "two day diet" book it's not clear what the difference is?I can't exactly give you advice - I'm barely knowledgeable myself but I'd be happy to share some of the meal plans I have on my low-cal days if they are transferrable between diets!
Im trying the two day as opposed to the 5:2 diet as I a breast feeding so don't want to calorie count,Anyone else on this who is also a vegetarian..
