Soup is very easy to make! Either with a stick blender or a soup maker. I have a morphy richards soup maker that's like a big kettle with a blade and it's amazing, they are about £40

Vegetarian soup isn't really a high protein food. It's mainly vegetables in water.
I would go for something with lentils in, I suppose.

You can also add various beans to veggie soup to increase the protein content, or grated cheese, or spoonfuls of yogurt or cream cheese.

Is there a reason it needs to be shop purchased? I make chickpea, chilli and coriander soup and squash and lentil soup, both are high protein (and delicious)

All those of you who are talking about adding beans or pulses - this is Bootcamp! They aren't allowed.
