Morning all.

The Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for you all

So this weigh-in might be a bit testing for you all (not least because I can see that there's some struggling cheating going on).

Remember that weeks 3 and 4 are notorious for the lack of weight loss, so if this is happening to you, don't panic! KOKO and things will get moving again soon. Honestly!

But that said, it's also important to remember that we have only been doing this for 3 weeks. I know it probably feels like a lifetime Grin Hopefully you've settled into low carbing, and you should be enjoying your food, without any sense of deprivation that a low calorie/low fat diet can often bring.

Why not go and have a read of the recipe thread (stickied at the top of the Bootcamp topic) for some inspiration for something different to cook this week? That way, you'll keep your interest going and it will help to keep you on track.

Good luck, and here's to a successful week Flowers

3lb on!! I had one carby meal yesterday. 4 roast potatoes, 2 stuffing balls, 1 piece of garlic bread, gravy, chicken, cauliflower/broccoli/green beans. Can one meal prompt a 3lb increase?

149lbs, so stayed the same - however on a positive note it is the first Monday in months I have managed to maintain Friday's weight to Monday's weight - so very pleased with that - clothes are feeling a tad looser - have finally had to bin my old belt and start on my new one, which is very exciting. Also treated myself to new makeup at the weekend - won't by junk food will buy makeup!!!!

This week will be the same every day - I am a creature of habit:

B - Total yogurt and double cream
L - Butter chicken with veg (aubergine, peppers, courgettes)
D - Cream of celeriac soup, alternated with steak and creamy mushrooms, sausages (black Farmer) and fried egg the other two nights.

Have a great week y'all!! xoxo

kleptronic - yes, sadly, a carby meal can do that to you.

However, don't despair! It's mostly going to be down to a re-fill of your glycogen stores. Have a couple of super strict days, drink plenty of water and, if you can, fit in a bit more exercise.

2lbs off this week. However I now have lots of christmas things in my diary. There are at least 2 events every weekend, starting on Friday. Luckily a couple are at restaurants where I can choose something meaty with extra veg. But others ....

Oh thank you BIWI. Super strict head back on! Hmm. This means I have to factor in instant carb bloat to my target weight then. At least 3lb under that.

3.5 pounds off for me! very happy :o) so 6.8 off in total. Clothes are definitely looser and I am feeling good for only having a few (2 I think!) drinks in the last 3 weeks. Maybe a stone before Christmas is possible.....

Good luck everyone and Flowers to those struggling, it is not easy!

Could someone update mine to 128lb please? Thanks.

Not sure how much of that is 'true' though, I had a sickness bug on Friday and wasnt able to eat properly over the weekend. I ran 8 miles last thurs tho and will hopefully be clocking them up this week so fingers crossed that'll help.

Have a good week all Smile

Well done everyone - especially if you're struggling but you haven't given up. That takes more effort than staying on the WOE.

I lost 2lb this week, making a total of 15lb. Smile

I'm too scared to try Bootcamp light. Maybe one more week of full bootcamp.

I've got a very busy week this week. Working, taking DS to get a brace fitted tomorrow, a gig with my choir on Thursday night and a rehearsal with another choir Sunday. So my challenge will be getting organised so I can eat at regular times (regular mealtimes do not come naturally to me).

Haven't weighed today as I think horrors of end of last week still lingering, so I will give myself a day's grace and do it tomorrow. Firmly back on the wagon - can I blame hormones for major wobbles last week? Just seems so irrational! Like others who have posted, I know what I should and want to be doing, but part of my brain won't co-operate. Need a trick to learn constant conscious eating?

I started a bit late this time so am really in my second week. I had horrible carb flu this time- a headache for three days and achy body. This is a good thing though I guess?

Haven't lost that much (2lb) but time of the month now so not disheartened.

I've more or less stayed the same (up 0.2 - but this is better than the 2lb gain I was showing through last week). Back to intermittent fasting from today - will need to remember to pack a bigger lunch as I was so starving by the time I ate that I followed lunch up with a load of mixed nuts.

Hello,

Joining in this thread after my miserable and desperate plea / admission on the other thread. BIWI you are right it's all down to the planning. I've pulled together a plan for this week. I do th weekly shop and that's great but DH goes and buys treats which I then raid so asked him to stop buying wine and crisps at the moment as I have no will power and wait until I get my head in the right zone.

Today I had egg muffins / crustless quiche things (homemade) for breakfast, lunch I had chicken salad with mayo and oily dressing. Not had enough water so currently trying to drink two pints . Dinner tonight is out at a work function so will have to just see what I can eat - meat and veggies and use some butter sachets to up the fat content I guess.

I just need to get my head out of the I've failed space to the I've just started place. It's all about the mindset.

Thanks for new thread BIWI.

I have lowered my protein and kept my usual amount of fat today. So, I had -
Breakfast - 1 egg in same amount of butter I usually cook two in
Lunch - I beefburger with lots of salad and salad dressings with ff yogurt lemon and mayo
Dinner - two strips of belly pork fried with lots of buttered kale

Does that seem ok?

Some good losses going on. Well done

(tried to write "well done" the first time and it autocorrected as "we'll feed me." GrinHaving some weird experiences with autocorrect lately).

Breakfast scrambled eggs with butter followed by Total ff Greek yogurt.

Lunch left over fried cabbage and buttered courgette with melted cheese.

Dinner. Left over roast pork, celeriac, cream leaks and sprouts.

And to drink I've had

Tap water glass X 6
Sparking water 50ml X 3
Black tea cup X 4
Mint/herbal tea cup X 3

So today I've had my three and a half litres of water and I now think I've been falling well short lately.

No snacking today

Hi - I lost half a pound taking me to 7 in total and just below 14 st for the first time in 3 years. It seems possible to become slim again - I've lost 1.5 st since 1 September and my size 20 clothes are gone. Thanks to BIWI et al.
I've just started tracking using MFP and see that most days I'm on 70g+ of carbs I'm veggie and have nuts / lentils etc.
If I don't lose weight this week then I'll revisit my Rose Elliot cook book at the weekend and go back to serious bootcamping; I could plan ahead and make much nicer meals that have less carbs.
