Morning all!

for the last time this Bootcamp, is the Spreadsheet of Wonderfulness

I hope that this Bootcamp has been successful for you. I have to say, it's been one of the most trouble-free Grin

I'm certainly carrying on, and with a bit more focus Blush given that we now have a holiday booked in 11 weeks time, that will mean I need to be ready to don a swimsuit.

It is harder to lose as you get nearer to a NHS healthy BMI.
Looking forward to the next one thanks to u all and remember there are other benefits to this way I of eating.
Final result 156.4 lb please could it be added to the spreadsheet

Good morning everyone. I am very happy. I have lost a massive five pounds this week. It would appear that whoosh fairies do visit people who photograph their food portions.

This means I have broken two barriers taking me under the 200 and under the thirteen stone marker. That's a loss of nineteen pounds. So averaging just under two pounds a week.

I have kept very quiet about dh during this, but he has boot camped alongside me (done 99% of the cooking) and is now at his goal weight having lost just over three stone (he does loads of walking too).

So thanks again. I look forward to seeing everyone's results and I will still be here tomorrow and for the foreseeable future.

Morning!

Well done to you all (inc Mr Flummoxed!) FlowersFlowers

175.8 so 2lb heavier than my lightest BC weight BUT* less than I ever weighed on 12+ months of Slimming World and a total loss of 6lbs* 2oz.

I've struggled over the last couple of weeks but will continue with LCHF as I have a wardrobe of amazing clothes that still don't fit!

Thanks BIWI! My holiday isn't until end of August so I will definitely be sticking around.

My final weigh-in is 162.8lbs, which means I've lost 12.2lbs or 6.97% of my body weight. I'm very pleased with this! I'm at my lowest weight for years - since 2010 I think - and I feel fantastic. It's actually made a big difference in many areas of my life. For the first time since I've lived by myself again, I'm properly meal planning and shopping to cook for myself for every meal, and I'm thoroughly enjoying preparing and eating whole foods and not depriving myself in any way. It feels like a very self-caring and healthy way of living. And, after a depressing six months resting with a torn ligament in my foot, I've really got my confidence back with exercise in the last couple of months (partly because of the help of a wonderful NHS physio but also just part of the whole 'I can do this!' feeling of BC) and I'm more active that I've ever been in my life, which I'm loving.

I actually had a lower weigh-in (by 0.1lb!) in Week 5 and then bounced back up, so that's a bit frustrating, but I think it was part of me figuring out how to make LC work for me, and I feel much, much more confident about just carrying on now - hopefully to lose another 20lbs or so. There's no way I would have been this successful just bumbling through on my own, so I'm incredibly grateful to BIWI for her wisdom, advice, and patience and to all of you for your support, clever ideas, and funny stories! THANK YOU! Well done everyone and hope to see many of you either on this thread or in the next BC. KOKO!

Shoot, didn't see this new thread, posted on the last one.

26lbs off for me in total. Let me reiterate my thanks and appreciation here; you guys are amazeballs! Couldn't have done it without the support and advice from old hands and new folk alike. Will definitely be hanging around for a long while have another 2 stone AT LEAST to lose

Congrats to all, and Mr. Flummoxed Grin

Thanks BIWI! I'm delighted that I've lost 11.3lb since I joined Bootcamp (10 days after it started) which I'm pretty sure I wouldn't have otherwise lost. It's really kept me on track and I'll certainly be carrying on and sticking with this thread.

0.2lb up this week but I'm not surprised as I went slightly overly carby on Saturday night when we ate out for our wedding anniversary. I am still paying for the floury coated chicken which came with my starter with IBS type symptoms yesterday and today. I always thought I probably had some sort of wheat intolerance and with hindsight I had persistent low level gastric symptoms pre-Bootcamp that were normally there so I barely noticed. KOKO!

NSV in that the dress I wore on Saturday looked fab - when I had tried it on 5 weeks ago it did not was utterly unflattering!

I have recently bought "Superfood for Super Children" which is a cook book aimed at people with children from the same team (Tim Noakes et al.) who wrote the "Real Meal Revolution". The latter is Banting (LCHF) whereas the former is low sugar, low processed food to help avoid children developing the health and weight problems which have become commonplace. It covers from pregnancy and breastfeeding right through to teenagers and has some delicious and straightforward recipes in. I highly recommend taking a look if it sounds like it might be of interest.

Good luck with weigh-ins everyone Smile

Congratulations to Mr Flummoxed!

Just double checked and I've actually lost 11.1lb which is 5.99% of my body weight in just under 9 weeks of Bootcamp, I'm delighted!

Well done to you too Betty, I think we've lost a similar body weight proportion, so yours is actually more impressive! Grin

I never thought I'd last the 10 weeks. When I signed up, I thought I'd give it a go for a week, and see how I felt. My willpower was zero. I have surprised myself so much and am really proud of myself Blush I was also worried about my gallstones acting up with all the fat, but I've not had a single attack since I started (I've probably just jinxed myself there!)

Morning all,

Lovely to read all your positive stories. It's lovely that we've all done this without feeling miserable and hungry. Just great.

Thankyou so much BIWI and the others who have helped me fine tune. I certainly wouldn't have carried on without things being explained to me. Thank you for your time and expertise

I am happy to report a 2lb loss this morning, which is a lot for me. Clearly higher fat lower cheese is the way to go for me. It has really worked as this is as much as I have ever lost and I am just 2lb away from my target weight - and I have a wekk until my holiday begins.

KOKO!

Well done to everyone who stuck at it and lost weight! Flowers Flowers Flowers

I found it very hard to persevere when I stalled for 4 weeks and if it wasn't for the encouragement, support and tips I got from these threads I would never have stuck with it, so thank you all!

Over the 10 weeks I have managed to shed 14.4 lbs 8.23% of my body weight, I am now 160.6 lbs. I won't deny the sugar and carb cravings have been a challenge but most importantly I have not been hungry with this woe which I think is the key to making it easier to stick to.

My goal is 126 lbs so I have a way to go (34 lbs) but I'm planning to keep going so I'll definitely be around for a while yet!

I am pleased, I have lost 12lbs overall. Might have been a lot better this morning if the weekend had not consisted of fried breakfasts, stuffed rolls for lunches and lots of cocktails. I intend to keep going as I would like to lose another 16lbs by the end of the summer.

Well done to everyone and thank you for all the threads BIWI. Grin

I have stayed the same this week which I expected as I'm well within normal bmi and these last few pounds will be tough to shift!

I feel so much better generally on this way of eating that I'm happy to keep going which just having an occasional off day.
Thank you so much for your company everyone- it's really helped me to focus. Smile

Wel, 16st exactly today. When I started bootcamping I was 19st 12lbs. Shock still a way to go of course, another 4st to be a comfortably normal bmi (I am very tall, over 6ft) And another 5 stone before I am back to skinny Pre-kids weight.

I'm really happy and I expect the next 4/5stone will come off a lot slower but I'm really, really pleased. Well done to everyone still here and thinks to BIWI et al Flowers

well done losers, some great results!

i've only lost 6.4 pounds currently - tempted to use tomorrow's weight to at least get it to 7 pounds :-)

given i'm c 200 pounds its not a super impressive loss but ive had fairly regualr wine, chocolate and a holiday - so on that basis i'm pretty happy.

will be keeping on, keeping on and look forward to carrying on with the thread - the sharing is very supportive. Thanks all!

Wow! What great weight losses! It's genuinely inspirational to read everyone's stories on here. I haven't done as well as I could in the 10 weeks - can't weigh today as I'm on holiday - but I know it's somewhere near 7 pounds.

Having a tricky week staying with family but got to supermarket today and offered to buy a big shop so filled it with LC friendly food.

I've got another 1.5-2 stone to go so will be keeping on and having a big kick start when I'm back from hols!
