Rubbish couple of weeks where I've not even attempted to LC, this morning I feel fat, bloated, windy and generally bleeeuuugghhh!!! So I am hauling my wobbly arse back on, with the aim of losing 7lbs by the time I turn 40 in six weeks time. I've got a few occasions coming up where it'll be difficult to avoid carbs completely (wedding anniversary with afternoon tea) but rather than letting these be excuses for me to carry on being a carby twat, I will let them be the exception rather than the rule.

Today:
B: Four riccota and eggy muffins
L: Roast chicken, salad, avocado, olive oil
D: More chicken (did whole one yesterday in slow cooker then ended up eating rubbish instead), asparagus, swede, mayo

So there, I said it now, so I have to do it.

I am in the same boat Chester, it's bloody rubbish! I've been off work for nearly a week and have scoffed every single carb within eyesight, and gained a half a stone with it Angry

Started today off with excellent intentions but I think the sugar cravings are going to be a bitch!

I shall support you in this hard endeavour whilst dreaming of ice cream and French baguette

I feel so ropey Drogon and my trousers are so tight that I am actually happy to be back on LC. Chugging water and herb tea like a guddun to try and fend off the craving but I know it's early days.

Good luck!

I'm the same Beyond every slip up and I dread the horrible hunger pans that come from the carbs, yet I keep doing it! Angry well done on the 5lb loss, it's so hard getting back into the "zone"!

How's it going Chester ? I'm trying to track my macros on MFP but finding it a pain having to weigh everything, I'm having to be extra careful with my vegetables and salad because carbs keep slipping in from things like onions, tomatoes etc
