Haven't decided yet! It's usually May at some point - designed to finish around mid-July, in time for the summer holidays

You'll have to keep checking the boards, maakourin - I don't notify people personally! Grin

Cool - what are the rules? Can anyone link to the thread that explains them - can't find it.

Keeping an eye also as I want to join too. Would be good to try this together with others. At the moment I'm on day 3 of IPD (similar to Atkins) which is going well--quick weight loss so far (although it's the initial weight I know); I'll continue & then hopefully join bootcamp too.

I'll keep checking in too. Looks good. I might actually manage this diet. I can't bear being hungry.

You certainly won't go hungry, Chopsticks!

Next Bootcamp will start on 16 May, by the way!

What will the finish date be?

Report
BIWI · 16/04/2016 18:54

It lasts for 10 weeks, so will be around 24 July (from memory). It's timed so that it ends just around the time that school finishes for summer.

Ah my DS breaks up 18th and we go on holiday 19th july and want to do it for that.

So it should fit in well for you then!

I'll start the warning/sign-up thread in the next couple of weeks.

I should only miss the last week. Will keep an eye out.

Me! Having done a month on a shake diet (which I lost nothing!) this cannot be any worse. I'll give it a go and get DP in on it too.
I'll keep watch for the start of boot camp.

I'm really not, PlayNice, but thanks for saying it anyway Grin Grin

Hi, I've been reading a lot of the low carb threads and think I would like to join the next boot camp too. I have never ever tried anything like this but am sick of being addicted to sugar and feeling sluggish .

The only problem is that I'm a veggie. I don't eat meat or fish, not even keen on eggs tbh but might be able to get past that. What the bleeding hell would I eat? Can anyone please advise?

I've discovered a massive range of cheese since I've been eating low carb! It gets included in virtually all of my meals somewhere.
