I finally picked up courage to stand on the scales and I have 5kg to lose. Slow and steady has never worked for me and the last time I lost weight successfully was on the Dukan Diet. I am convinced by the science of LC and have lurked on this thread for months. I am 54 and peri-menopausal. Will Bootcamp work for me and how quickly could I hope to lose the weight?
