Morning campers!

Here's the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness

I hope it was a good week, and I hope that those of you who have been suffering from carb flu are starting to feel better. Remember, keep up the electrolytes - sodium, potassium and magnesium. Which means firstly that you have to make sure you're getting plenty of salt - so salt your food during cooking and add salt to cooked food.

For potassium, you could also consider Lo-Salt. Good foods for all electrolytes include salmon, avocado, spinach and full fat (of course!) natural yoghurt.

A note about weighing in

If you're a daily weigher, you have several different options. You can either just record your weight every Monday (or whatever regular day of the week you choose - I am going to start weighing in on a Saturday, because my trainer records my weight as well, to keep me on track!).

Or you can record the lowest weight you achieved in that week

Or you can average your weights and record the average.

Whatever you decide, I hope it's a positive result!

I'm a daily weigher, gonna go with my mondays weight i think. So can someone add 209.4 for me please? :) :)

Breakfast is a bpc again today. Dont like to have them this often, but til the shopping comes, my options are a bit low!! (And i want to save the one last egg for tea!)

I'm half a pound down and tucking into fried pork belly for breakfast. My butcher sold me 2kg for £10 so I have a freezer full of the stuff. It's just like thick slices bacon only not processed.

Morning:) I'm 4 pounds down -which is great only I still feel dreadful with either carb flu, a cold or both! Wombat, please could you add my weight to the spreadsheet? Thank you so much:)

B- coffee with cream and I'll eat something when I get back from drop off/ before work. I've always struggled to eat right away. Probably a boiled egg.

Onwards and downwards.

Just wanted to say thanks BIWI I jumped on the scales this morning and I've lost 2kilos. I would have been happy with one but the 2 kilos is very motivating. I know I'm unlikely to get another big lose again but I feel so good.
Thank you

Good morning. I joined last Tuesday and have been weighing myself daily since then. Today I am down 9 pounds!!! That being said, I have an awful lot to lose, so I know that's why it's a lot at the beginning, but I expect the weight-loss will slow down. I had bad headaches at the beginning but not so much now. I am also on day two of an exercise video. Feeling happy and about to have some scrambled egg and a little bacon for breakfast. Smile

Morning all!

I'm just over 4 pounds down. I'm a daily weigher and was slightly lighter on Sat am but decided to just stick to my Monday weights. Didn't drink enough water yesterday so think that may be it.

Positives from this week:

Weight loss obvs!
Sugar Cravings seem under control
Enjoying feeling full instead of bloated yet never satisfied when eating carbs and sugar
BC is definitely making me accountable and helping with will power which is my usual problem!

Got a stressful week at work with travel too - will need to get organised and take food with me to ensure that I keep on track. Good luck everyone!

Morning.

I've actually gained a pound, but as I didn't technically start until Thursday, and have eased myself in a little, I'm fine with that.

I need to go shopping today so will start in earnest.

This morning I replaced my normal banana in my nutribullet with avocado. It was not nice.

I need to work on some palatable fruit free recipes Smile

What did you have in it, recycling? I find that adding a spoonful of coconut oik makes even the weirdest concoctions yummy Grin

Hi everyone. 5lb loss but obviously that can't all be blubber.
I need to shop today, have list. lots of greens I think.
Also, will make that celeriac or turnip gratin thing again. so delish.
And the moussaka. Yum.

recycling I know someone who puts avocado stones in their nutribullet. Less avocado-ish maybe?
Have you tried a bulletproof coffee yet?

Well done on all the loses Flowers.

I've lost 3.8lbs, which I'm pleasantly surprised at as this is week 3 for me. However, I only lost 0.8lbs last week, so it shows how weight loss isn't linear.

Didn't sign in over the weekend, but I had a good one. I need to just rave about the celeriac and leek mash that BIWI mentioned as I made it yesterday and it was absolutely fabulous. DH and DMIL were raving too. Grin

Today I am having:
B - 2x coffee with cream
L - left over sausage and mozzarella bake
D - salmon with pesto/ cheese crust and roasted veg
S - spicy chai latte, babybel if necessary although I am finding that my appetite is suppressed now.

Morning, I am 2lbs down and very happy. Have been LC since April last year minus a few blips over Christmas and have lost 44lbs in total, it has changed my life and I'm only 8lbs off my target now. Will be eating like this forever though, I'm never going back! Well done on all the losses, I've updated the spreadsheet and look forward to checking in later to see how everyone has got on Smile

I'm sticking to a Monday weigh-in, because I do tend to fluctuate but also I need to see a steady downward trend, not have any "ups", which might happen if I took a "lowest" figure for the week. I do weigh daily though.

Down 2lbs, which isn't bad considering - but another cock-up today with being out all day. SO hard to find GF food that I can eat (other restrictions) that ALSO isn't carby! And even worse when the gannets (DSs) steal half of what I do find!

So am pleased that it's a loss this week and will continue with Bootcamp properly (might do an extra week because of cock-ups).

Woo! Hoo! I weighed myself this morning and I'm almost 8 pounds down! I know that is mostly water, but it;s very encouraging to have an early loss and I already feel slimmer and less bloated. I was quite strict, but I really enjoy the food. My downfall (from previous experience) has been not being organised enough, so I am going to concentrate on having good food in the house this time and stay on track. I haven't been able to fill in the spreadsheet as I am stuck on my iPad, but I'm going to log it on my fitness pal app instead.

3.75lbs down - I am over the moon with that! Brilliant!

B: Greek yoghurt
L: Lamb salad with homemade tzatziki. I'm going to stink out the office with the garlic in it!
D: Lamb stir-fried with veg.
I have a BabyBel and a packet of pork scratchings with me in case I need a snack - I'm going to be at work for 10+ hours today so I might need something to get me through, more especially because I have forgotten to bring teabags, milk or any cash (can't pay by card in the work canteen!).

NSV: My skirt is looser than it was last week. Grin
