Me too, and if I write it on here that means I might actually have to do it and stop thinking about it.
I've read lots of the threads and I think after Christmas might be a good time to start.
Mid January would be ideal, what does everyone think?

Count me in please! Just been told I'm borderline diabetic so need to shift some pounds and lower my blood sugar.

The last one finished on Monday. I may have bailed out half way through
I'm also planning to LC again from January and am hoping there will be another thread.

I'm going to after Xmas too.

I'm sure there will be another one after Christmas but BIWI is in holiday at the moment so it will probably be a couple of weeks before the sign-up thread goes up. Watch this space!

You can start now though if you want. I have continued this way of eating with a few treats thrown in now and then and hasn't affected my weight. Ive lost a small amount, two stone this year, so I do intend doing this now forever as it makes me feel healthier. I eat lowish carb/paleo.

...need to lose about a stone of Christmas and baby weight combined. Can you low-carb and breastfeed? My baby is eight months and we're doing baby led weaning, so I think I'll probably need to include some carbs for his sake (sweet potato? Fruit? Give him something starchy alongside whatever we are having?)

I bailed halfway through the last BC too Blush but now I'm so bloated I really need to go back to it. The postman delivered a parcel and asked if I 'had another one on the way' and my DS said 'she just eats lots of chocolate!' I have the rules so will start in the new year and join in the next BC.

Me too, is there a starting point while we're waiting?

Report
regenerationfez · 27/12/2015 22:10

I'm just going to do the first 2 weeks of boot camp starting Jan 2nd and then continue it until actual bc starts, I think. The water scuppered me last time ad I just forgot to drink enough so need to get my ass in gear on thatGrin

I'll sign up to the next one too, have done some of the others before. Dh was diagnosed with cancer back in August so my eating has been all over the place etc I'm so unhappy a lot of the time and the extra weight isnt helping either so getting that back on track and having something else to focus on is my plan x

I am in for the next one - in desperate need after gorging over Christmas and am pretty sure I will be half a stone heavier than my last weigh in.

It's unrealistic to think I will discipline myself over the next few days while the monstrous Christmas cake is still calling for me, but I will be cracking on with my own low carb plan from 2nd Jan and very keen to join bootcamp when it arrives!

I have stopped drinking (as of today, but that's another story) and already don't eat bread so I think this might be a good weight loss plan for me. Is it the Dukan diet?

I last did boot camp 3 years ago when DD was almost 1 and I was weaning her/losing baby weight. Joining this year in the hope it works as well with the weight I've gained with DS!

Slight hiccup though: it's going to be a lot harder eating around DS's allergies. Dairy and partly cooked egg. Hoping I have the willpower and inventiveness to LC without cheese and butter!

Vikinglady have you considered paleo? Its dairy free and still lowish carb.

Ive started already! I'm looking a bit podgy and I can't get my jeans on:(

Caramel, if you look at week 1 of the last bootcamp you'll see the rules and food, and how much water to drink (!) it might help to read the thread too, if you haven't done it before.
