Low-carb bootcamp

Is this cheating?

If I mix ready made coleslaw at 5.5g carbs per 100 & cheddar cheese at less that 0.5g carbs per 100 in equal quantities I will end up with cheese coleslaw that is just under 3g carbs per 100 which is the guide for boot camp. The maths is correct but is there something I am missing in my logic?

If you take 100g of coleslaw and mix it with 100g of cheddar, that's an awful lot of cheese relative to coleslaw!

5.5g for the coleslaw isn't too bad as long as you're not scarfing too much of it. (There is no guide on Bootcamp by the way - only general advice about choosing your veg)

As an alternative, you could always make your own? There's a recipe on the spreadsheet (in the ubercamp section - look at the tabs at the bottom). It's really easy!
