I'm just wondering how much weight bootcampers have lost since starting out on this WOE and over how long? Also is your weight loss consistent at say a pound a week or do you STS for a while and then get a whoosh?
I think it would be interesting to see what people's weight loss patterns are so that we can be inspired to KOKO if things aren't moving along as quickly as we'd hoped
