Good morning!

Here is the Spreadsheet of Fabulousness for your delectation and delight

Glad to hear that we're getting less squishy in our clothes! I think that's a far more satisfying achievement than a number on the scales, actually.

One thing to remember as the weather seems to be warming up a little bit - finally! - don't forget to keep your water uptake up. (And remember to keep your salt levels up too)

If you are stepping on the scales this morning, I hope you're pleased with what they tell you.

2.2 loss, really chuffed. definatly feeling it now and shallow as it is I am loving that people have started noticing.
Had to go and buy new bras yesterday as I realised the back strap was somewhere between my shoulders and being rather generous of nork it wasnt a good look.
Got a busy week ahead so planning is key, last week in uni, test on friday and got to prep for placement next week. Starting to get really nervous now. Also I havent put my uniform on for 3 months I hope it doesnt fall straight off as that could be embarrasing. In fact I hadnt even thought about what to do about my uniform as I dont know how to get more.

WOOHOO! Grin I've lost 5 lbs I am delighted, I have been hovering around the same weight for months (since before the January BC) so I am over the moon that I've finally got back on track properly and lost some weight.

Onwards and downwards Smile

I love getting new bras dita I got some when I lost the first chunk of weight but waiting until I lose more before I get anymore.

Good luck to everyone weighing in Smile

wow sayra thats brilliant, well done.
I managed to find some for £6 in sainsbos which are actually really nice and comfy, I am oathed to spend any money on something that hopefully won't last me that long.

Hooray 5 pounds off! (Admittedly the 5 pounds I piled on during my holiday but still 5 pounds) I need to find a belt from somewhere, I ran for a bus on Saturday and my jeans were falling down! Grin

My freezer is absolutely chock full of meat following my huge delivery last week so as long as I remember to take stuff out to defrost I've got no excuses.

Well done on the losses everyone Star

Morning all 2lbs off but I think they are just the pounds I lost last week but they have stuck now as I am sure I had fluctuated during the week.

However feeling slimmer, feeling stronger and much fitter than just a few weeks ago.

Well done everyone on your losses.

I second sainsburys bras, mine have been fab and I also love asda bras. I was spilling out of my bras but now they actually fit as they should. I have also had to dig out a belt and I am working my way down the holes, 2 more to go and I will be able to buy a belt in a medium instead of large!
Small victories!

Well done Sayra and Dita! 1.6lb off for me, could have been more but have had wine and an off-piste Saturday. I'll be laying off of both now that I have a marathon to train for (I'm crowing about it everywhere so I'm forced to train, and can't chicken out). BIWI I know it was a couple of days ago, but thank you for the link on low carb exercise.

My boys have chickenpox, so the next few days are going to be stressful, but I have a steak in the fridge so I'm going to have that for lunch as a treat. With tonnes of butter. Grin

2lbs off for me this week Grin despite having too much wine on saturday

This week is likely to be a little tricky as I will be in Wales for a family wedding in quite a remote location so food choices may be limited but on the plus side the place we are staying has its own gym/health club so at least I should be able to burn some of it off hangovers permitting Grin

1.5lb off for me which I can't believe as I was feeling so groggy and bloated!

I think I sometimes struggle to believe I can be losing any weight when I am eating such amazing food. Feels like we're part of an amazing secret!

Just marking my place. I have only been following a LC diet the past week but I'm pleased that the weekend is the first time in ages that I haven't binged on junk and had no desire to. I have had no sugar apart from whatever sugars you might find in the allowed foods and I feel great! had a couple of ropey days over the weekend but now feel full of energy. I really think this WOE is something that is going to work for me long term.

4 pounds off, so pleased, I'd felt like I had sabtoaged myself with bootcamp light and was thinking about reverting to bootcamp again.Maybe I just needed to adjust a bit? Anyway, goals for this week to eat more fat as usual so hoping to have some creamy courgetti for dinner tonight.
Glad to hear that so many have you have lost! Congratulations!

Only 1lb off this week which is a little disillusioning as I was ill for most of the week and not eating much! At least it's a loss though.

Congrats to all other losers! Star

Hooray! I have lost the 2 pounds I put on the first 3 weeks and am now 0.2lbs less than I started 4 weeks ago! Small victories.

Well done everyone on the losses reported, and the NSVs.

Am just awaiting the baking of a smoked haddock and spinach quiche as an experiment with flaxseed pastry. Should be a moving experience if nothing else. Grin

saranghae one of the difficulties with low carbing is being able to work out how many carbs you can tolerate - it varies from person to person. A key part of Bootcamp is being able to tweak what you're eating and finding out what works/doesn't work for you.

But it obviously has been working for you, if you've dropped 4lbs!!! Why did you think you'd sabotaged yourself?

I have STS again, exactly the same as when I started, down to the decimal point! However, I look and feel much better and I fit into some stuff I didn't before so things are clearly going in the right direction.

StarStarStar to everyone who has lost this week, it's great to hear, and will give me motivation to KOKO this week!

Up 4.8lbs after holiday, which isn't as bad as I thought it would be. I had had a bit of a woosh before going away so I don't feel I have undone too much hard work, just set myself back a couple of weeks.

B: 50g Strawberries and vanilla coyo
L: chicken drumstick, mozzarella balls and cucumber and lettuce salad with a very oily dressing topped with the tiniest bit of chopped sundried tomato.
D: Lamb kebabs with veg, but I haven't decided what yet!

I have definitely found I'm craving carbs a lot since my carby twattishness, seems harder this time round than before starting BC. Hopefully it won't be long until I'm back in ketosis, although I should probably revise my strawberry intake if I want that to happen!

Hey what a lovely set of posts to read! Well done everybody who has lost. I've stayed the same this week, but had a five pound loss last week, so will keep an eye on things. I have stuck very much to plan, and I think my only failing is lack of bullet proof drinks, so I have had a bpc this morning, then a green tea at about 11am. Have just finished lunch, which was tuna mayo, egg mayo and a green salad with oil and malt vinegar plus salt and pepper obvs. Am going to have chicken stock drink later on and another bullet proof drink before the school run, probably tea this time. I need to do a shop today, so not entirely sure what dinner will be, but possible bbq cos it's boiling here again Grin

Urgh. Lunch was a bit of a disaster
Went to a whole foods cafe, (new and very popular and busy) called in advance to ask regarding my daughters allergies and was told dairy free/ soya free would be fine and also they could cater to low carb paleo. Problems with daughters meal meant many many questions and corrections (and I felt like a complaining cow) in the middle of lunch hour rush. Ordered an almond/ chicken/ butternut/ coconut oil / milk curry (unsweetened milk) so should have been perfect but they forgot I said no rice and served it over brown rice. I couldn't face complaining again so I just ate the almonds and a bit of squash/chicken, couldn't have any of the lovely coconut oil rich curry sauce as it had all mixed into the rice. :(
I'm hungry and much poorer for the experience. Did get a lovely unsweetened almond milk latte though.

Grr, think I'm staying the same AGAIN! I did jump up and down on the scales in case it got STUck on the same sodding stone it's been for weeks, but it appears that it's just ME that's stuck.

Will keep on and on and on keeping on.

Had superb pork belly yesterday, have the leftovers today for tea.

Have done my 3L+ already, had cheese and tomatoes for lunch (no food in the fridge at work) but will stock up later for the rest of the week's lunches. Total Greek yoghurt for breakfast.
