I need help. I'm getting fatter and fatter. Just weighed myself and I'm 90.2kg.

Id kind of like to do carb lite I think. I've recently bought a nutri bullet and have started doing a healthy blast for breakfast. Mainly spinach, small amounts of fruit and then mainly water but a bit of almond milk.

For lunch im either having a nutriblast or an omelette or salad. Then pretty much the same at dinner. Maybe some chicken at dinner.

I can't cook to save my life so don't bother trying anymore beyond omelettes or grilling chicken.

Of course, just jump into the week 2 thread. There is a link to the spreadsheet where you can add your name and weight to the list (if you want). The rules, allowed foods etc are all on tabs at the bottom.

This WOE is a high fat, low carb one so you will need to increase that in your diet, lots of butter to fry things in and skin on chicken etc. We also have a recipe thread which might inspire you.

Hi, my reminder for 11/5 didn't go off - now I'd also like to join late. Can't see the link at the bottom as described above - can anyone help a not very tech person?

I have baby weight to lose. Had success with low carb before but really need support and home based weigh in.
