Starting a little late

Hi, have just found all of this as I have my 'last supper' of sushi, chocolate and a cinnamon bun washed down with cherry coke (yes I know, but it was good!!). Am I ok to join in a week or 2 late? Have seen the spreadsheet - it's amazing - am learning some of the acronyms (sadly biwi took ages til the penny dropped!!) - what is WOE? And BC? If I just add myself to the spreadsheet and put my weight the same for last week and this, would that be ok?

It's fine to join whenever you like! Most of us will be moving onto Bootcamp Light on Monday but you don't have to. Make sure you read the rules and then come say hello on the main chat thread!

BIWI is the name of the lovely amazing lady who started bootcamp here on MN and still devotes hours of her time for free to encourage support and occasionally shout at all of us, despite working full time and having as busy a life as anyone I know.

And yes of course it's fine to join in! Read the 10 rules of bootcamp (on a tab on the spreadsheet) and follow them to the letter for 2 weeks, don't worry if you feel "behind" plenty of people stay on full Bootcamp for more than 2 weeks before moving to bootcamp light.

Also good to look at all the info resources, the recipe thread, maybe read dr John Briffa "escape the diet trap" - if you understand the science of how this WORKS, it really helps.

Join us on the week 2 chat thread and remember there is also a questions thread where oldies try to help as much as we can, as the chat thread moves v quick and qs can get missed.

Thankyou. I've had a trip to Aldi this evening to do suitable shopping, and shall probably be bombarding you with questions at some point, although ds threw up at school this afternoon and next couple of days will be disrupted so not going quite as well as I'd hoped!

Don't worry about starting late, I am carrying on with BC before moving to lite for another week as had flu this week and don't feel I've got properly into the swing of it as have mostly been starving, so probably not in ketosis (the wonderful state where you burn fat without even trying) yet.

How's your DS? Did you have some questions?

Anyone else starting late or carrying on with Bootcamp proper for another week?
