How about a nice book to read or a program on TV then?

my only suggestion would be to pamper yourself... long hot bath... facial, book, and to relax and try to enjoy the peace .... hope it goes well...

Hi Titania. What's up? Are you just bored or scared? What's bothering you? (If I've missed another thread where you've explained please, please accept my apologies).
There's loads of us online so talk away.

hi titania, try having a long bath or watching a film or reading a book, or you can always talk on here x

This might be a really stupid suggestion but if you're too restless to relax, what about doing some excercise? Stop laughing, I've never got energy this time of night either, just thought really gentle stretches or something might help take out the physical tension & make you feel like you're doing something positive.

yes i suppose i could when ds2 has gone to bed.

Im just listening to the same song over and over again crying (again) cos the words are so appropriate at the moment.......my eyes sting so much

Turn that song off and put something more uplifting on. Do something for you - have a bubble bath, face pack or something. Do something relaxing and enjoy the peace.

Failing that, stay here and talk to us.

I waste....ahem, spend entire evenings on Mumsnet when dh is away. You cn't do that every night obviously, but tonight might be the night you really should be talking to people. It will start to pick up soon...

this probably won't help but when I feel like that I tidy the house (if it needs doing, not saying yours does!) Failing that if I really don't feel like doing that I have nice hot bath and read a book or go on the puter.

I've missed the reason as I've been trying to stay way from MN.
