ANY SINGLE PARENTS IN SOUTHAMPTON?

Hi I am mum to 3.. ages 19, 14 & 4 and am a single mum for 2nd time! Although this all happened years ago now, it still upsets me that I got married to the father of my youngest hoping it would last this time and it fell apart as he couldn't cope in the end with family life!! He had at least one affair I knew of. And has since had 2 children with someone else, but that didn't last either. So in that respect at least I can feel 'it wasn't all me'

Have met some lovely mums on another site but they are virtually all in longterm relationships or married, so want to meet some fellow solo parents in and around Southampton for outings etc

Hello India - phew, just sat down. Whereabouts in Southampton are you? Sounds like you have your hands full with 3 dcs. Sorry to hear that you have been through a tough time too. Money is pretty tight for me but we are always up for outings. Just a trip on a train satisfies my ds!!!

I am in Hamble.. so not too far from you. My 19 year old is still in NZ but wants to come home next year which I am very pleased about.
would be good to catch up sometime

Oh damn it. We can't get there on Friday - he is with his Fathers grrrr! However if plans change (as they sometimes do) I will let you know.

I won't have my daughter with me but will still go to meet people anyway, as I said I wasn't having her this week and they said well come anyway. So up to you .. still good to meet other people for us rather than just for the kids
