I have a very long story to tell , I need advise on , a court order to take my children to see there dad supervised , this is dads second application , the first one he withdrew from , he has a 5 year restraing order for common assult , he's classed as high risk ? Children haven't seen dad for a year and a half , there are a lot of reasons why I don't want to take them , and very good ones too , I'm terrified that if I don't I'll end up in prison , caff cass did feelings and best wishers , and this is a lets just see what happens thing !

It is supervised.
Take them
If he behaves then it will be fine
If he doesn't then the supervisors will make a recomendation

Is it a supervised or supported contact centre? They wont make recommendations, only cafcass will if they come and see him with the children. In my experience, the NRP is always on their best behaviour whilst there and wont show their true colours. Don't trust the helpers and as they have a habit of reporting things back to the dads. This is all in my personal opinion and from my own experience. You will have to take them Im afraid, it its in the order. Ask the centre to get it so you both arrive at slightly different times so you wont ever have to see him coming into or out of the centre.

It's supervised , Iv got to the ymca on Thursday , to have a chat with them , he has a 5 year restraing order so no contact with ourselves ,.
That's my point , he will be the best dad in the world , so how can they do a proper assessment .
Iv been informed the person who is doing the assement is a trainee , he's 22 ,not fully qualified and this is his 3 rd case , this being his first supervised case .
I'm fed up .
I give up .
No one listens .
No one apart from myself us thinking about the kids .
