anyone work for the CSA?

the csa are currently after ds' dad and all is going quite well on that front BUT next year he is going travelling around spain. he will be working but does he still have to pay maintenance if he is not in the UK?

I had a look at the CSA website about this a while ago for a friend of mine. I think the answer is no, sorry

thing is he won't be living there permanently just for 6 months or so, does that make any difference?

I'd speak to the CSA about it directly, but at a guess he won't be eligible for the period when he's out of the country. I don't know if tax residency is taken into account as he should remain tax resident if he's only going for 6 months.

I don't know if anyone can help me on this....I have been paying maintenance for my eldest daughter ever since my marriage broke up.
She is 18 in May but I do not know when I have to continue paying for her until? Can anybody help me?

CWG you need to speak to the CSA..... you'l probably get about 4 or 5 different answers from them, we even got 2 letters showing different dates on the same day from the same person !!!!!! It all depends if your DD is in full time education or not.... It may be until she is 19 unless she is already working in which case it is until she is 17 I think.... Check it though, wouldn't want you to get in the bad books !
