Children's father being a nightmare

I don't even know where to start. I have two children (1 & 3) and my soon to be ex husband (their father) is being an abusive nightmare.

Massive history behind this all including him having an affair when I was pregnant with baby no. 2, but basically now he is trying to control everything with regard to visitation of children. Just today he turned up and is refusing to have children for the allotted time and also refusing to have them for another time when it's been set with solicitors and I have already made plans.

There's a lot more besides, but I just want to know if there is anyone else out there in a similar situation. I just don't know what to do next.... Help! Xx

You have my sympathies, my ex is also a nightmare. EVERYTHING is on his terms and when he doesn't get his own way he's abusive. He's a bully basically. He refuses to pay more then the minimum CSA payments on the basis he has the DC 2-3 nights a week, in reality he see's them for a few hours on a sunday, at my house, eating my food etc and wanting to come in and be the boss because you know, he has a penis!!
I put up with it because I think its probably best for the DC and I really don't want them to know what a shit he is. I imagine they'll become aware but hopefully not until their much older and better able to deal with it.
Sorry, no advice!

He doesn't have a right to turn up at your house and demand to see the children. You have to make the children available for contact but not at his beck and call...

I think you need to go back to sols.
