My ex pays very little towards our 4 children. I went through the CSA and they have made it even worse. He was paying me £285 per month and the CSA have decieded to go off 2012 tax records when he was just starting his job and earning £17k a year. They have written and told him this so he is well pleased at now paying less. Im so angry they have made me even worse off. They said they cant review it till oct 2015 or i need to prove he earns what i say he does - how am i going to that? He wont give me that information. And even if i give them the info they cant do anything till Oct 2015. Absolute joke.
