What shall we buy ourselves for Christmas then?

I haven't had a Christmas present in years. Even when ex was here he never bothered so this year I will be purchasing the new Bill Brysonbook and a perfume of my choice, probably this one.

Anyone else? Smile

I will be buying myself two bedside units. I'm trying to make my bedroom beautiful. On a tight budget. Grin
So they may be second hand that I will paint.. Or possibly Ikea. That's what I want though Smile

I might buy myself a ring as I feel naked without one lol! And all of my rings were bought by exh so don't want to wear them.

Or I might just put some money into my boob job fund ;)

Getting my hair coloured professionally instead of doing it myself.

an expensive handbag - since my ex walked out, I buy one on my birthday and one at Xmas. I have a nice little selection now (before I only bought the cheapest one possible and used it till it had a hole in it) and it's something just for me. I always set a budget according to how things are, but it's always a handbag even if I have to get one with a red label reduction at TK Maxx!

Yes, a scent of my choice in a stocking, hung up beside the children's.

I think it's easy to just not bother when you've no one to do it for you but why should we not have something nice even if its from ourselves Smile?

I agree, it took me years to see that. When I was Christmas shopping I'd see things I'd like and if I bought them I'd feel guilty. If that happens this year I will wrap them up! 'From the Universe to Me'

I wish I could 'like' comments on here :)

We all deserve presents at Christmas, and maybe a little Wine ;)

After smear tests I reward myself with a handbag. That is my tradition. It gets me through it. It forces me to book one. I only go about once every three and a half years. The last time I'd left it about five, and I'd become a little phobic about it. So I told myself after I'd been I would get a leather fossil handbag. I was true to my word.

ps, that is nothing to do with being single of course! and when I say tradition, I mean I've done it once and I plan to do it again.

I'm going to buy myself a ring (if I have the money).

I'm fancy buying a necklace that I can have engraved with my two son's names. Something like this:

www.notonthehighstreet.com/poshtotty/product/personalised-about-time-necklace

or

www.notonthehighstreet.com/poshtotty/product/personalised-about-time-necklace

I haven't decided exactly which one yet.

I got myself a chemical face peel-best £60 I've spent in ages, my skin feels amazing

Well I would like an Ipad, but I can't afford one, so I'm not sure what I want for Christmas. I may treat myself to a pair of nice boots, that will be a big box under the tree.
