ive started dating someone (someone i quite like for the first time in years!) and he wants to take me out with his friends. the males, i dont see as a problem, ive got plenty of male friends...but women, well they usually hate on sight. all my female friends tell me they never liked me at first. im quite shy and i think its seen as unfriendly. scared! i dont want to bugger this one up. (dont want to get totally drunk either and i just know its going to happen if im nervous!!!)

Try and be freindly even if you feel really nervous, i am sure if you smile at them they will talk, if there was ever a new female i would try to always make conversation to make them feel ok now i need it to be the other way around.

Ask loads of questions, people always respond well cos they think you are interested in them (also saves burbling along about yourself)
