I am after some advice please....does anyone know of any pregnancy exercise classes that operate in the evening, besides the yoga class in mumbles? I live in Gorseinon and would really like to start doing some regular exercise again. I am 14 weeks and before I got pregnant used to do a lot of spin classes but have been told these aren't advisable now? I work full time in the week and there doesn't seem to be a lot out there in the evening. Doesn't necessarily need to be pregnancy specific, just something I know is safe in pregnancy. Any advice will be much appreciated! :-)
Keeping active in pregnancy is important. Current research says you can stick to pre pregnant exercise regiemes as long as you realise that you might not be able to keep up and need to rest a little more. Swimming is excellent btw. Hope this helps
