Hi Clare, I am not sure where you are based, but I know a lovely company called Trusted PC Man in Grayshott, near Hindhead, Surrey.

I have recommended them to lots of friends now and Andy will come to your home and set everything up for you - just what you need if you don't have any knowledgable teens to bribe!

I'm not completely IT illiterate - but I've been having difficulty getting our network to work at home on a desktop and on a laptop I've inherited from work. Does anyone have any recommendations of who I can call locally who is a real whiz at these things?
