Any good childminders?

Hi, first time doing this so I am going to place this on here and the main mums net too, I don't know if thats the right thing to do?!
I am a first time mum and my son is 5m and I am looking to place him with a childminder when I return to work. Do you know of any good childminders in the Aldershot area?
I would really appreciate any help whatsoever even if you feel like giving any tips on what to look for with a good childminder that would really really help grin

I live in Fleet, so not really close enough to Aldershot, but this is the Childminders' Association website that has loads of info about what to ask childminders that you visit:

In Fleet there is a vacancies organiser who matches spaces with people looking for a childminder, so there maybe one locally.
The site has this page:
http://www.ncma.org.uk/for_parents/choosing_a_chil dminder/finding_a_childminder.aspx
Which gives a contact number for people looking for a childminder.
