Hi I'm Kerri a community food worker with the maternal and child nutrition team nhs ayrshire and arran. I run cooking classes in east ayrshire for parents with children under 5 and women of child bearing age. The classes are for learning practical cookery and basic healthy home cooked meals also can do sessions on weaning for those who may need new ideas.
