Looking for a yoga class in Kettering

Hi

The yoga classes don't start till Jan 2012 and the local one is too expensive £72 for 10 classes, so I'm still looking.

i have no experience of this person's classes, but they are fairly local

and these are run by Northants County Council

Hi does anyone know of a good yoga class in the Kettering/Barton Seagrave area during school hours? I'm hoping this will help with my anxiety/depression. I've had to give up work due to my illness and now feeling lonely.
