Music schools/teachers in Tunbridge Wells?

Hi everyone. I have just moved to Tunbridge Wells (St Johns area) and I was wondering if anybody might have a recommendation for a piano tutor for my 8 year old son who's about to take his Grade 1 exam. I am also interested in a guitar teacher for him. Are there any local music schools or does it mainly work with 1 to 1 tutoring? Thank you all.
