Hi all, phew just found out I am 4 weeks pg with my second baby. I am so excited, and didn't expect it to happen so quickly. Nor did I expect to put on 6 pounds in 4 weeks! Does anyone have any good suggestions for pregnancy exercise in the Harrow area? I got so big and had issues with my last pg due to sitting on my butt and eating too much junk! This time I want to keep motivated and active and eating healthy. Suggestions welcome!
