Childcare for teen

I work shifts and have a 13 year old daughter. My mum has been watching Sian while I've been at work, but she is moving out of the area. I need to find some sort of child care. My daughter suffers with epilepsy which makes leaving her home alone unacceptable. Does anyone know of any options we might have?

Are there any after/before school clubs or activities available? Do you have any close friends with the same aged children who'd be willing to look after her after/before school? A registered childminder may also be an option. Good lucksmile
