Basildon Maternity Services Liaison Committee are keen to gather the experiences of women who have given birth at Basildon Hospital recently (in the last few years anyway).

They've create a survey for you to complete or which you can share with friends and family who gave birth at Basildon Hospital. They can collect all the feedback and use it to think of ways to improve services for women in the future.
