Hello. I need some advice please. We will be moving to Essex as soon as our house has sold and I need to decide on an area. We have kind of narrowed it down to South Woodham Ferrers, Maldon or Heybridge... Can anyone give me feedback on these areas, good or bad. We have one pre-schooler and one in primary school. We would like a safe area with plenty of things to do with the kids. Thanks!!!
Hi Corci, I hope your move to Essex goes smoothly and you find a great new home.
I don't live in any of the towns you mention - but quite regularly visit SWF and Maldon. I love Maldon as a town, although I think that SWF probably has better transport links (especially as it has a railway station).
I don't know much about the schools - hopefully someone will be along soon with more local knowledge (p.s. don't tell anyone I mentioned it, but you might want to look at www.essexmums.org as well as posting here).
Thanks. I will check that site up too! Transport links is not a major problem as my husband will drive to work and I work from home. Happy kids are more important!
A day out at The Marks Tey Mother, Baby & Kids Fair at Marks Tey Parish Hall 10am to 3pm on Sunday 3rd March. I will be there talking about Baby and Toddler Reflexology that parents can learn to treat their own child. Have a look at my website www.solelyreflexology.co.uk. For you interest there is a very interesting article on "Reflux" on the Baby Reflex website www.babyreflex.co.uk
I am a Baby Reflex trainer and Reflexologist.
