Sling meets in Brighton?

Hi, does anyone know if there are any sling meets locally? I have emailed brightonslingbabies but did not get an answer. I want to buy a sling but would like to try them out. Thanks!

I understand that the sling meet doesn't meet anymore as there is no-one available to run it. A shame as it was so helpful. I think if you go to bubhubs there would be plenty of parents with slings and someone may be willing to advise you or let you try on their sling.

Thank you! I checked bubhubs's facebook site - it doesn't look like they have met for a while. I will contact them anyway.

If you can get to Worthing there is a new Worthing sling group I think.

Thank you for your reply, Zoidberg - not checking mumsnet often, that why I am so late. Might check the Worthing one out, but I don't have a car - so might be a hassle. Thanks.
