As promised on the chat thread, here I am!
Hope somebody finds me <*tumbleweed>
I'm in kings Norton and am a sahm with a 4.5yo and a 2.5yo. Would be fab to chat/meet some locals
Hello!
I'm in Cotteridge and have one DD who is 19mo. I work full time though so might not be able to do daytime meet ups.
Nice to know there's more people buying naice ham and Pom bears round here :-)
[pokes nose in]
hello! I am in Hall Green. SAHM currently.
Hello there
I'm here tooooooo. (probably not MN etiquette to add all the extra letters)
I have a DD 12months and am pg with twins
Don't want to say exactly where I am on the board, but I am definitely within this area.
Only work 2 evenings a week so I am free in the week for meets.
I must live very close to pffft
Can you post a link in the west midlands thread to this one, it took me ages to find
Hello people. Glad I spotted this, I've always felt rather lonely lol
I'm in the city centre, more your side. My parents are in Hall Green and we seem to half live with them
Oh and I have a 6yo, 3yo, 15mo and I'm pregnant again - 16w.
I'm in the city centre.
I have a 5yo, 3yo and 1mo.
Helloooooo bollocks to etiquette
I will indeed link to the other thread once I can kick dh off the laptop. I'm posting from my phone and it won't let me! He's using it to work so I don't suppose I can be too forceful in my take over attempt.
Congratulations on the pregnancies lookat and confuddled...I'm massively broody at the minute!
Can anyone think of a suitable venue to meet? Most of us seem to have little onesso I guess somewhere they can play? Or anywhere that sells cake will always be a hit with me! Maybe cannon hill/Mac cafe?
Hickories? It's the right area for most of us and I think we've seen the back of summer now
I have 10, 8 and 15 month old ds's and am 5 months pregnant.
I don't mind to much on location, I don't drive though so couldn't travel miles and miles. As long as there is chocolate cake I am there!!
It definitely feels like summer has packed up and left
I have 2 pairs of socks on and my feet are freezing!
Yes could do hickories...dinosaurs is that too far? It's in kings heath.
I'm on the bus too, Kings Heath High St isn't too bad to get to. Hickories do some nice cake.
I have heating on and wearing fluffy socks. Hands are stiff (I do have Raynauds though) and I went to bed early last night to warm up (I don't normally go to bed until early hours).
Longbridge here (well depending on who you talk to-I'm a bit of a hybrid really. But BCC say Longbridge on my council tax bill so we'll go with that!)
Almost 8 yo DD, 4yo DS, 2.9yo DS and 14wo DS.
I will be off to bed shortly...have caught child germs and am cultivating man-flu!
Definitely up for a morning hickories trip (afternoons taken up by school run) Wednesdays and Thursday's are out for us but generally free the other days.
Will link from the other thread in the morning and hopefully the others will findus
It's on the 11 route (I think) so wouldn't be to far. I live very near another play centre but I think it would be to far from everyone else.
I am sitting in a fleece drinking tea and eating mini heroes, it is freezing and I haven't put my hearing on yet I'm trying to hold out until October.
It's not far from the 11, you can swap over to the 50 or walk up Kings Heath High St.
Hi everyone, sorry to hijack as I'm North Worcs not Bham
. However, I posted a threat in chat yesterday urging people to have a quick look at this campaign from West Midlands police. 6 weeks ago my friend was hit in the face with a full pint glass in a Birmingham pub, he was an innocent bystander in a nasty fight. The impact fractured his skull in 4 places, and he was lucky not to lose his sight.
Please please if you haven't already, could you just take a quick look at the CCTV images to check you can't help the enquiry in anyway. If you're a twitter/fb user, I would be even extra grateful if you could take the time to repost/retweet the link.

Thank you for reading - I will disappear back to the Worcester local thread where I belong now!
How about a Friday morning?
In fact how about tomorrow morning? Strike while the iron is hot and all that?
<tries to look cool and not over keen..>
MrsCog how awful. I hope your friend is doing ok.
Sadly I don't recognise the man but will retweet for you. I hope he gets caught quickly.
Selly Oak here but child with severe SN and we loathe kiddy.places. Anyone can/want to meet without kids,.most welcome. Long shot I know. Whilst kids at school.
I can do any day, I have no social life what so ever. I do always have ds3 (15 months) with me though.
SoleSource I couldn't do day times child free as there is no one to have ds3 but could do an evening if I force ex to take care of his son.
Cant do evenings lol typical but thank you for the offer
During the day I'd only have my 15 month old anyway because the other two are full time, so I'm pretty flexible what happens in the day because she doesn't need a lot.
In the evening there's always babysitters
