We brought everything with us, including heating elements etc, and just changed the plugs. There was no problem. Yes do bring as much as you can, whitegoods are extortionate on the pricey side.
We brought all small kitchen applicances (blender, microwave, slow cooker etc) and have changed the plugs with no issues.Sold the fridge in UK as we have has issues with having fridges damaged during transit before. We have bought new kettle and toaster in Farmers sale.Whiteware is expensive here unfortunately
Great thanks. I have heard that we need to be careful with appliances with heating elements, something to do with different amps????
We didn't but with hindsight I would, I find whiteware expensive here, especially when you first arrive and will no doubt encounter alot of expenses, many of which you would not have considered.
We shipped out fridge, microwave, and washing machine and all were fine with new plugs
and just get the plugs changed? Fridge, freezer, dryer, dishwasher.
