I didn't realise this website existed until I was watching the news yest and they mentioned the David Cameron interview, but they also mentioned that people were unhappy about 4 free nappies a day to people on benfits? I myself are on benefits (not our choice my I add, my other half has been made redundant) but have never heard this before, does anyone have any info? I live in Wales, if that makes a difference?

They are for people who have older children with special needs.
