Having waited 11 months for an up to date gas/elec bill (long story) my monthly DD payments have gone down by almost half. This never happens to me. grin Off to buy a lottery ticket while my luck holds out.

dont spend it. they will write in 6 months to say they got it wrong, something happened with their readings, and your bill should actually be double <wearing cynics hat>

The readings are 100% because I've taken them myself. <polishes imaginary badge> However, my telephone bill suddenly went cosmic so I'll probably end up exactly back where I started. <grin starting to turn down slightly at the edges>
