Help me tackle Magimix

I bought a food processor from JL just under 12 months ago.
After the first 3 months it stopped working. I rang CS at JL who directed me to Magimix customer services,

They were very helpful, telling me that the body has a 2 year guarantee and the motor 25 years. They arranged for a courier to collect it and it was returned a fortnight later in good working order.

4 months then again 2 weeks ago the same thing happened. I've just got it back, tried to use it and it's not working. It's incredibly inconvenient and really I'd like a new replacement now. How do I get them to say 'enough's enough' and either refund me or replace it?

I don't think it's anything I've done to it as I had an old one for 5 years that I gave to DD that's still working fine.

I'm not giving up on this, it cost me well over £300.

I'd take it back to JL and tell them what you've said saying if ut has broken down in this manner in such a short time you want a replacement not a repair. They did this with a games console we had once in similar circumstances.

I had similar service from John Lewis with a Kitchen Aid Kettle that cost £130. After 2 months of patience I posted my experience on their Facebook page. Full refund next day. Do get another Magi mix though. They are fab. Sorry you got a dodgy one.
