Cafcass report finally arrived at 4pm

Hi I have what is supposed to be the final court hearing tomorrow, have posted on other threads about the case, its been 3 months of stress. The cafcass report states no contact with older children, and indirect contact only with the youngest one, he can send cards and letters but she does not have to reply. Just got to get through court tomorrow now. I am hopeful they will follow the recommendations, and it will finally be over. Its made me ill. they said he was a liar and a manipulator, and they believed me and the children about the abuse. I am so relieved I was imagining the worse case scenario. He could still appeal or ask for fact finding. But I hope they rarely go against the cafcass recommendations. Thank you for all the help and advice on here x

Fantastic. Have been watching your posts. Just keep calm and let the process play out. Beware, you will feel quite odd afterwards and be prepared to get a post-stress bug so look after yourself

Hope everything goes well for you tomorrow. The stress is just awful. Hopefully you will all be able to move on from this in the best possible way.
