Nisi due STBXH now gone against agreement and attempting to slow down financial agreement to such an extent that children will be at uni by the time it gets to court in order to get more money.

This leaves me stuck in matrimonial home for years with little chance of being able to buy my own home due to age, income and number of years of mortgage I can have.

He lives with OW in her house.

How do judges view this? Is there anything I can do?

Are you going through court now? If you are, in all fairness it isn't his fault as to the speed it goes.

When I divorced my exH it took 15 months to go through court. My DH took 18 months.

In what way is he slowing it down and how far are you along in the process.

We agreed consent order and now he has changed goal posts. I believe he intends to do everything so slowly it will take 2 years so 3 children will be at uni so won't need to be housed.

It won't take 2 years. You need to issue on Form A, and can draw the attention of the court to the the agreement.
