by my daughters fathers wife seriously this is never ending i had a relationship with a man turns out he lied about his age he was 19 told me he was in his twenties (i was 24) i had decided to end it when the condom split i took the morning after pill and it didnt work we tried to make it work as we were having a child together obviously didnt work out and we split when she was 15 months old he saw her a few times then got in a new relationship with his now wife at this point he dropped his daughter initially it was because his (then girlfriend) suffered a miscarriage he was due to visit i said dont stress about it visit when your ready we didn't really hear from him again for three years he said he wanted contact his dd said she didnt so i spoke to him and said try calling first (he wanted to take her out and meet his new family) he said ok and told everyone i was blocking access his wife rang screaming at me and i pointed out i had asked him to ring her and get to know her first so she arranged for him to ring he rang they spoke he never rang again

fast forward another nine years csa has decided to change to cmo which means i need to contact them for money (he has never really paid it works out at less than £200 in ten years) cue a onslaught of abuse first she tried to be nice to dd but slagging me in the process dd blocked her and she came at me i clocked her and she went at me via my friends they told her to piss off all went quiet

then someone puts something on FB about csa she launches a rant against me calling me a rapist she is now claiming he was 17 vulnerable and i raped him forcing him into having a child and forcing him to pay for it for years

im really worried can i get arrested for this im a single parent my kids would end up in care they have just got of the child protection register ive just got rid of social services (long story to do with my ex husband) im seriously panicking im going to be arrested and lose my three children all because my dd didn't want to play happy families with them i cant sleep ive barely slept why cant they just leave me alone

to clarify we were in a relationship he was not underage he financially abused me and HE walked out on ME! leaving me in debt it took me years to pay it off ive never stopped access

All they would have to do is look at his date of birth and your DDs DOB to work out that she was conceived when he was 19.
It will be easy enough for anyone to see that you were in a relationship for over a year so i think the likelihood of this even being investigated if reported are slim...
but realistically there is a 0% chance he is going to report it, they are just trying to get at you as they didnt get their way and you will not allow them to verbally abuse you directly so they are resorting to facebook ranting.

IIWM i would consider reporting them for harassment.

She has done you a big favour. Screen shot everything. Print off copies of everything you have. Then take a nice little walk to your local cop shop and ask their advice.

Screenshot save and print all her Facebook, phone or email posts. You can't rape anyone, you don't have a penis. Rape is the penetration of a vagina, mouth, anus etc by a penis. Women and men can be raped but only a man can be a rapist.

Even if he was 17 that's not illegal unless you were in a position if trust eg his teacher.
