My partner has two dc, he is getting divorced.
We don't live together currently, when he moves in with me are my dc taken into consideration when looking at maintenance payments and affordability? Wasn't sure if it was worked out on the family in residence or just his salary?

Thank you

Hello op I work for the child maintenance group 2012 scheme and yes if he lives in the house with your children he will be classed as financially supporting them and they will be taken into account

Your children become children of his family, so his maintenance liability will reduce a bit.
