won,t pay mortgage and bills won.t leave either

my husband hasn't work for 4 yrs caught him sending' joke' messages to a female work mate nick named sweetheart signed of luv anyway he would not get another job he just left. did not contribute to the house got benefits but used that to pay his bills/debt when that finished he expected me to pay them got another job but started a new hobby had an op on his arm after a month that went wrong and in the 6 months he has been of he has sat around not chasing the hospital when he should have done a started a new Hobby because' he has a job' and spent over 1500 more than he has been paid in the month he worked a sick pay as i predicted he has now lost the job sits and spends money lies about it all and everything else and will not be rushed to look for a new job benefits will pay his bills? even though they have now doubled? i have not received a penny from him for these 4 years now he won't leave so he lives and eats for free.and treats me with contempt.
anyone have any ideas as to my rights.I am at my wits end I go to work wondering how much more debt he will create I cannot afford the bills as it is
I really need him to leave with his debts.

Sorry, I'm not an expert in these things, would the CAB be a good place to start?

Stop doing anything for him. No food, no shopping and change your wifi password. Sell anything you can so hobby equipment, games stuff. Tell him to leave. Get some advice from the CAB as well. Being married you may be liable for half the debts.
