Advice please.
Have a court order from 2011.
Ex being desperate to take me to court on a breach ever since.
Done it this week.
The 4 point accusations I have emails to prove he is wrong,
What will happen at a directional hearing?
I read about mothers who stop their husbands seeing kids or mKe life a misery. I don't do this,
Feel angry I'm taken to court. The statement he has written is mostly lies.
I know I will be treated as if what he's written is true :-(
How is that fair?

thanks I will do.
I've actually rung the court today as I only received the papers Saturday saying to come to court Tuesday. I rang to explain I cant do Tuesyda because of childcare issues, work commitment and DS's award ceremony.
I offered all day Thursday.

The person I spoke to was very helpful. She asked me to put my reasons for moving in writing and said she would see what she could do.

She also suggested I write factual, non emotion bullet points to submit to the court when I arrive.

Just angry that this has happened again.

Last time I was treated like a criminal until they heard my side and then apologised. Didnt stop them judging me before seeing me though.
