I came across this site yesterday following a conversation I had with DWP/CMOptions presentation team for help and support for separating families on Tuesday. //www.privateagreement.co.uk it uses the CSA3 Calculator and also gives you a breakdown of CSA charges it is a very clever site in deed and I can see how it would help families I did post on the bottom of another thread so please but I not urge if I managed to get the link right

Just to clarify the law hasn't changed and charges are to be introduced later (next year?) Also in most cases there is no statutory obligation to use the gross income scheme yet (see CM Options calculator.)

As far as I'm aware currently there is a pilot running only for new cases with 4 or more children and the next step will be to introduce calculations soon based on gross income for all new cases. Existing CSA cases will be transferred later so it could be a couple of years before the new calculation is applied by the CSA, or rather the new Child Maintenance Service, to those already on CSA1 or CSA2.
