Hi there
I'm in the process of setting up a new company.
The name I really really want already exists on the web.
It exists as a company name which is exactly equal to the type of company and service I want to offer.
I've done a google search which throws up these facts. The name on the website has the copyright sign next to it.
However. A search on companies house suggests this name is not taken.
We are poles apart in relation to counties - but potentially we could offer our services anywhere in the country or indeed the world!
If I proceed and register my desired co name with companies houses- what would the repercussions be?
Thanks, always, as ever.
