I have a long boring thread in AIBU so won't go into the full details but just wanted to ask about some dates for my section 21 notice.
The original one was dated 20th March to expire on the 21st May.
That is 2 months right?
Today the agents have rang and informed that the dates were correct and that they are issuing me a new section 21 today.
Dated 1st June to expire 21st August so I know this is correct.
I just think they are really messing me around now. I know they can decide not to enforce it but why?? And why now, after I asked for clarification yesterday that they had filed with the court for a possession order. Grrr
