C100 court form - a little bit of advice?

Hi All

Me and my partner are applying to court for a contact order and PR, we are doing it ourselves to keep the cost down and once the first initial hearing is done we will be instructing a solicitor to represent dp in court for furture hearings. We have spoken to one about this who is happy to deal with things on this basis.

We have been told to complete form C100 to apply for contact and PR, can anyone advise if this is the correct form? only reason i ask is looking online it says form C1 for PR however we wish to do it all in one go.

If anyone could advise i would really appreciate it

Thanks!!

If the court told you that then do it. What's the worst that can happen? Think I've done that myself in the past and it's been allowed. Saves you having to pay 2 court fees.

could you help with another question I have re the form?
in the section why are u makin this application? it says to give brief details Which is ok, however it says to state reasons given by respondent for their actions, basically she hasn't given any reasons except for lies which I know we can't write down what would be the best thing to write, I was gonna say something like the reasons from respondent are unclear but wasnt sure of best thing to write

any suggestion would be great!!! x

Can't tell you what to write as that must come from you. Keep it very brief though. There's not much space.
